Exceptional service was provided by the staff, with Andy Zhang and Peter standing out for their helpfulness and hospitality. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, comparable to Hilton, and featured modern facilities. Breakfast was great, especially the delicious coffee. The location was convenient for attending conferences at SINEC. Concierge assistance included receiving deliveries and arranging transportation during checkout.
