J Hotel in Shanghai Tower is a beautiful building with outstanding facilities. Spacious, modern rooms provide great comfort. The staff are very friendly and attentive, including a personal butler named Alex. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea are top quality. A birthday cake surprise was provided in the room.
