Helpful and friendly staff provided excellent service throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large bed and a well-functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was compact but not cramped, featuring a strong shower with very hot water. The location was convenient, close to Nanjing East Road and numerous restaurants and cafes. Assistance included help with attraction tickets and communication with other hotels after check-out.
