Early check-in was allowed, and hospitality was notably generous without extra charges for requests. The room provided ample space suitable for families and large luggage. A very large bathroom complemented the comfortable accommodation at a central location near Century Mall with many restaurants. Executive lounge access included afternoon tea, evening drinks, and buffet meals. Staff were consistently helpful, enhancing the overall experience.
