Joy at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and responsive even outside working hours via WeChat. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of freshly prepared Western and Chinese dishes with about 50 kinds of food to choose from. The room was spacious, modern, immaculately clean with soft bedding and large windows offering fantastic city views. Smart toilets, free WiFi, and robot delivery service were provided. The location was perfect within walking distance to Yu Garden, metro stations 8 and 10, the Bund, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and an eight-minute walk from the metro station.
