Free shuttle service was available to Disneyland and Pudong Airport with buses every two hours from 7:00 to 23:00. The children’s play area at reception had a colorful ball pool where staff actively cared for kids and offered warm water and snacks. Rooms had soft King Koil bedding, large clear projection screens for watching Disney movies, and slides that delighted the children. The courtyard featured slides and a swimming pool where kids played happily while friendly cats and dogs interacted with them. Breakfast buffet was rich in variety and nutritious, lunch and dinner included tasty stir-fried dishes at reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful, solving problems efficiently, while laundry facilities had limited dryers. The hotel was clean, quiet, close to Bicester Village, Disney Town, Florence Park, Wild Animal Park, Disneyland Resort Shanghai, it took about 10 minutes to reach Disneyland by shuttle bus.
