The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, assisting with luggage and providing clear instructions for transfers. Shuttle service to Disneyland was available with convenient schedules. The hotel had air conditioning in all rooms, a laundry service, a mini restaurant, and a pool filled on the second day of stay. The location was distant from the city center but accessible by taxi within 50 minutes at 65-90¥.
