Nelly was bilingual, professional, and attentive while Sun and Hebinxin were extremely helpful and kind, the room had air conditioning, an air purifier, free drinks replenished daily, and a patio connected to it. The hotel was exceptionally clean with efficient cleaning service and located about 10 minutes from Metro line 2 station near many restaurants and supermarkets.
