Rooms had kitchenettes, drum washing machines, refrigerators with freezer compartments, microwaves, and capsule coffee machines, staff were professional and efficient at the front desk and in room service, spacious rooms were clean with good housekeeping, delivery was brought upstairs, two metro stations were close by near Shanghai Stadium.
