Clear and detailed instructions to locate the building and access the room were provided, with a number lock metal luggage cabinet for pre-check-in and after check-out. The 2-bedroom apartment was well decorated with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, and air conditioning that worked fine once turned on as per instructions. The location was excellent, just steps away from the Bund with amazing night views of the Pudong skyline. The host was very fast, responsive, helpful, and super friendly.
